Good Citizen Award for Eugene McHugh

Lion Tom O’Sullivan is pictured recently, presenting a Good Citizen Award to Eugene McHugh of Greystones Harbour Seacscouts (18th Wicklow). Eugene was a founding member and has been a dynamo that has kept the group going through high tides and low since it’s inception He has been a scout for 54 tears .
